June 17, 1998 This kriya is said to give you the power to hear the unheard, anahata, or the subtle sounds of the universe. When we hear in this way, we can know exactly what is going on both within and outside of us, even if it is unspoken, which is a very useful skill. Subtly listening to the words we speak routinely gives us power, prosperity, and projection. The power to heal is also unheard, so hearing in this way can strengthen our healing powers.
Nine Spiritual Treasures The name of this kriya, Nao Niddh, means Nine Treasures. It is said that when a practitioner holds down the pinky finger of the right hand and keeps the rest of the fingers wide, the nine spiritual treasures come to them. In traditional Sikhism these treasures include:
Invoke innocence, divine protection, and creative power for healing and magic.
Release held tension, energize your body, and reclaim your domain.
Awaken the dormant divine within. Chant RAM, RAM, HARAY to align with the creative force, balance earth, water, fire, air, and ether, and elevate your soul.
Energizing breathwork paired with focused mudra and mantra: ignite, dance, transform.
Stimulate your pituitary gland and access inner guidance with precise breathwork.
