This practice is said to be three thousand years old and from the lineage of Guru Gobind Singh. It is said that this kriya is so powerfully life-giving, such that, if perfected, the practitioner can infuse life into anything they look at. 

Light enters the system through the eyes; the rest of the body is just an opaque reflector. In this kriya, practice creating an image that goes deeper than you may think. When you can create and hold an image of supreme excellence at will, you can succeed in everything.
