When you are deeply challenged, out of resources, have nowhere to go, and no one to turn to, this meditation connects you with your soul and the divine power within. It can help you get out of despair and reach strength, clarity, and even relaxation.

The mantra stimulates the 32nd meridian of the upper palate, the Sattvica Buddha Bindh, enhancing intuition, positivity, and balance. It translates as: “You are the beloved of my Soul, Oh God.”

Practicing this meditation for six months can build awareness, while a year of daily practice can fully invite divine presence into your life.
