Posture & Mudra:
Sit with a straight spine.
- Feminine Polarity: Hold the left hand at ear level, with the ring finger touching the thumb tip. Rest the right hand in the lap, with the little finger touching the thumb tip.
- Masculine Polarity: Hold the right hand at ear level, with the ring finger and thumb tip touching (fingernails do not touch). Rest the left hand in the lap, with the little finger touching the thumb tip.
