Meditation To Be Calm & Effective Under Pressure

This meditation cultivates a calm mind and strong nerves, allowing you to remain effective and centered under pressure. It protects against irrational thoughts and reactions, fostering resilience and clarity in challenging situations.

Posture & Mudra:

Sit with a straight spine.

  • Feminine Polarity: Hold the left hand at ear level, with the ring finger touching the thumb tip. Rest the right hand in the lap, with the little finger touching the thumb tip.
  • Masculine Polarity: Hold the right hand at ear level, with the ring finger and thumb tip touching (fingernails do not touch). Rest the left hand in the lap, with the little finger touching the  thumb tip.

Breath:

Breathe long, deep, and rhythmically in a relaxed manner.

Eyes/Drishti:

Keep the eyes 1/10th open.

Duration:

Begin with 11 minutes, gradually building up to 31 minutes.

Ending:

  1. Inhale deeply and open the fingers wide, raise the hands and shake them out vigorously for a few minutes.
  2. Relax completely.
