This meditation is believed to open and balance your Heart Center (Anahata Chakra), promoting feelings of openness, love, and compassion. The mantra HUMEE HUM BRAHM HUM, means “We are one. We are God.” When we truly understand that there is no separation and the divine lives in all hearts, we can embrace ourselves and others openly, with compassion and acceptance.

Posture & Mudra

Sit in Rock Pose (Vajrasana) with a straight spine. Bring your forearms parallel to the ground, with the elbows bent, and your fingertips nearly touching in front of your Heart Center (Anahata Chakra). Keep your palms flat and facing down throughout.
