This meditation offers a two-part process to release inner anger and cultivate a more neutral state of mind.

Part I

Posture & Mudra: 

Sit in Easy Pose (Sukhasana). Make the hands into tight fists, with the palms facing the body and forearms parallel to the ground. The elbows are slightly away from the body.
