Kriya to Conquer Inner Anger and Burn It Out

Please note that the first exercise of this kriya was previously published as Conquer Inner Anger and Burn It Out in the manual Reaching Me in Me. During Arete’s research, we found that there were three additional exercises taught during the original class, and we felt that they were all part of one cohesive kriya. For this reason we have chosen to publish these exercises together for the first time.

Anger we hold toward ourselves, about who we were told to be, the harm we’ve caused, our past decisions, failures, and weaknesses, builds up, layer upon layer, over time. Eventually there are so many layers that it is like molten lava buried deep beneath many layers of earth. Some few people have so much self control that they can prevent the lava from bursting out and burning everything around, but they expend a lot of energy keeping it down. When this anger does get out, we have no control over it, and it can cause a lot of damage in our communication and relationships. 

To get rid of this anger constructively, without harming those you love or your relationships, use this kriya. It is said that doing this meditation daily for 40 days can change your entire personality.
