This extensive kriya delivers a complete and total energetic reset if practiced seriously in its entirety and then the final meditation is continued for at least 11 minutes over the following 40 or 90 days. During this period, be cautious, because you may feel very light and your habits may be interrupted by the reset. Don’t get upset if you wake up during the night, just have something to drink, meditate a bit, and go back to sleep. You might need to urinate or be hungry for something to eat at night, just get what you need. Your nervous system, glandular system, and tattvas might fluctuate a bit as they adjust, but this should pass within a week or ten days.

This kriya works by moving energy from the Third Chakra (Manipura Chakra) up to the Crown Chakra (Saharara Chakra), where it powerfully stimulates the master glands, the pituitary and the pineal. The effect of this energetic work is a reset of the projective personality, so we can drop all facades and present ourselves to the world as who we really are.
