This meditation integrates sound, mudra, asana, and eye focus to bring the practitioner an experience of infinity. Chanting from the diaphragm powerfully opens the lungs and expands breath capacity.

WAHEGURU refers to the prime creator, the supreme soul. SAT NAAM translates to true name or true identity, representing the essence of who we are beyond religious boundaries.

Posture & Mudra:

Sit in Easy Pose (Sukhasana) with a straight spine. Rest your right hand in the palm of the left, both facing up. Hold the mudra in front of your Solar Plexus and stretch your thumbs out, pointing away from the body. Keep your thumbs separated throughout.
