This pranayama is said to connect the subconscious mind to your intuition, providing clarity and heightened awareness. By stimulating the pituitary gland through precise breathwork and focus, it can balance the hormonal system and strengthen the intuitive mind.

The exercise uses the Trinity Breath—a two-stroke inhale and single exhale—which energetically opens the lungs and stimulates the pituitary, aligning the practitioner with their inner guidance.

This practice may feel difficult at first as it requires full engagement of the diaphragm to powerfully open the lungs. However, with consistency, it stimulates the pituitary gland and builds physical and mental resilience, granting access to intuition and untapped vitality. The posture and focus enhance the meditative effects, making this pranayama an essential tool for mental clarity and heightened awareness.

Posture & Mudra:
Sit in Easy Pose (Sukhasana) with a straight spine. Place both hands in Gyan Mudra, with palms facing forward and the other fingers straight. Bend your elbows so the hands, forearms, and elbows form a straight vertical line, resting your upper arms against your ribs.
