The Triple Mantra helps us move between polarities, fully absorbed in the cosmic dance. It helps us move out of duality into the Neutral Mind. It can clear obstacles and karmas and prevent accidents. It cuts through all that opposes us and helps us to dwell in faith instead of fear.

The first part, the MANGALA CHARN MANTRA: AAD GURAY NAMEH, JUGAAD GURAY NAMEH, SAT GURAY NAMEH, SIRI GURU DAY-VAY NAMEH helps us operate out of acceptance and surrender. It fills the aura with a powerful protective light.

The second and third mantras only vary by one word; together they help us reach a balance between doing and being. HAIBHEE SUCH, used in the first repetition, establishes a vibration of acceptance and allowing. The second version, HAIBHAY SUCH, embodies the actively creative aspect of the universe, breaking through energetic blocks. These are the last four lines of the MUL MANTRA, which embodies eternal, unchanging truth.
