Meditation for Balance and Healing

Tershula Kriya, named after Shiva’s thunderbolt, is said to activate self-healing and balance the three gunas (rajas, tamas, sattva) within you. It may help unite your nervous systems and promote overall well-being. Regular practice is believed to enhance distant healing abilities and address psychological imbalances, including phobias.

Practice this meditation in a cool environment, especially at night, as it can generate heat in the body. Listen to your body and adjust the practice duration as needed.
