Activating the Solar Energy Within

Surya Kriya, named after the energy of the sun, is a series of exercises that help awaken and channel your inner energy. It is said that this practice increases vitality, improves digestion, sharpens the mind, and releases energetic blockages.

1. Right Nostril Breathing

Posture & Mudra: Sit in Easy Pose (Sukhasana ) with a straight spine. Place the right hand on the knee in Gyan Mudra.

Movement & Breath: Cover the left nostril with the left thumb. Breathe deeply through the right nostril. Focus on the sensation of the breath.

Duration: Continue for 3-5 minutes.
Ending: Inhale, and exhale. Relax.
