This kriya is said to balance the chakras, strengthen the magnetic field, and build endurance to navigate the pressures of the Information Age. By holding the right arm parallel to the ground, you synchronize with Earth’s energy, while your left hand at the Third Eye stimulates the pituitary gland, balancing intuition. As the breath deepens and lengthens, the body’s endurance increases, helping you go through challenges and become more resilient.

Posture & Mudra:

Sit in Easy Pose (Sukhasana) with a straight spine.

  • Right Arm: Extend your right arm straight forward from the shoulder, parallel to the floor, with the palm flat and facing left.
  • Left Hand: Place the fingertips of your left hand on the forehead, at the Third Eye (Ajna Chakra). Start with the pinky finger directly on the Third Eye Point, then stack the other fingers up in a straight line in the middle of the forehead.
