Deeply Transform

December 1990

Sodarshan Chakra Kriya is a powerful meditation technique known for its transformative potential. It can give you a new perspective on your Self and entirely rebuild your personal identity.

Sodarshan Chakra Kriya specifically targets the Teacher aspect of your mind. It acts like a mirror, revealing the true nature of your mental aspects and guiding them towards balance. A balanced Teacher aspect allows you to act authentically, beyond just going through the motions. It fosters intuition, clarity, and a neutral mind that responds from a place of awareness. The ultimate goal is to embody the Teacher as an impersonal force for good, sharing your wisdom and guidance with the world.

Important:

  • Practice on an empty stomach or at least 2 hours after a light meal.
  • Start with shorter durations and gradually increase as you become comfortable.
  • Approach this practice with reverence to deepen its impact. Listen to your body and rest when needed.
