We can avail ourselves of all that allopathic medicine and other healing systems have to offer, but the mind is also a powerful tool we can use to create the reality we prefer. What we think can invoke our own power to heal, uplift, and experience grace, and, when we do this, we increase our awareness and connection to source at the same time.
This kriya is a strong support for everything we must go through in order to heal. It works by using the power and rhythm of the breath to revitalize the entire glandular system, which can lag when affected by constant stress and Cold Depression. Your results may depend on the power and consciousness of your breathing throughout.

1. Whole Body Stretch
Posture & Mudra: Sit in Easy Pose (Sukhasana).
Movement & Breath: Stretch and move your entire body.
Duration: Continue for 1 minute.
