This kriya is designed to promote relaxation, strengthen your body and mind, and improve your ability to handle change in a healthy way.
1. Arms Out
Posture & Mudra: Sit in Easy Pose (Sukhasana). Extend your arms straight out to the sides, parallel to the ground, with the palms facing up.
Movement & Breath: Rapidly move only your middle finger up and down. Inhale as you raise your middle finger and exhale as you lower it, breathing powerfully.
Duration: Continue for 7 minutes.
