This meditation is designed to activate the Sixth Chakra or Ajna Chakra. Located between the eyebrows, this chakra governs intuition, vision, and is linked to creativity and inner wisdom. It’s also associated with the pituitary gland, which influences the entire hormonal system.

While the original text suggests a specific time window (4 am – 8 am) to control the glandular system and improve the blood chemistry, you can also practice at the time that works best for you.
