Heartfulness in Action
This meditation is designed to deliver calmness. The left palm is placed at the heart (the natural home of the prana). Sense a deep stillness at that point. The right hand is placed in a receptive, relaxed mudra and in the position of peace.
This meditation brings clear perception to your relationships with yourself and others. If you are upset, sit in this meditation for 3 to 5 minutes before deciding what to do. Then act with your full heart.
