Posture & Mudra

Sit straight in Easy Pose (Sukhasana) or another comfortable meditative posture.

Movement & Breath: 

Stick your tongue out and pant like a dog, gently but consistently. When you feel comfortable, place your tongue back inside your mouth, and keep doing that same breath pattern through your nose. 

Duration: 

Continue for 1-3 minutes, and increase slowly as you feel comfortable with the breath and rhythm.
