Kriya for Vitality

This kriya strongly stimulates many important body systems, so strongly that the increased vitality can destroy your insecurity. It is a simple practice to build and sustain your physical vitality, and you may find that your energy is high for days afterward. Keeping the elbows very straight in the first exercise stimulates circulation and builds the parasympathetic nervous system. The third exercise addresses the cerebrospinal fluid and the gray matter in the brain and stimulates the electromagnetic field to help the physical heart. The final exercise powerfully stimulates the metabolism and the glandular system to secrete, building vitality in all body systems.
