Inner conflict can leave us feeling stuck and unable to think clearly. This is because our mind’s internal energy (often referred to as prana) becomes disrupted. The breathing pattern of this kriya addresses this disorganization specifically. By holding the breath out, you signal your body to optimize its energy flow, similar to how your body automatically makes other adjustments when resources are low.

This practice is a powerful tool for clearing confusion and indecision caused by internal conflict, restoring you to balance and clarity.
