This meditation offers a way through blockages towards a brighter future. It’s believed to cleanse negativity, both past and present, smoothing out daily troubles and paving the way for a more positive tomorrow. It’s said to influence your fortune, allowing prosperity to flow more freely.

Part I

Posture: Sit in Easy Pose (Sukhasana) with your hands on your knees.

Mudra, Mantra & Breath: On a single breath chant the mantra: “SA TA NA MA, RA MA DA SA, SA SAY SO HUNG.” As you chant each syllable, sequentially touch the tip of your thumb to each finger (thumb to index, thumb to middle, thumb to ring, and thumb to pinky). Chant in a monotone or use the Kirtan Kriya melody.

Duration: Continue for 11-62 minutes.

Ending: Inhale deeply and begin Part II.
