This sequence is designed to help you reconnect with the depth of your authentic self and unlock greater personal power. 

If you find yourself in a challenging situation that demands an answer, try the slow, deep breathing sequence from the first exercise (20 second inhale, 20 second hold, 20 second exhale) to access your inner wisdom and find solutions.

1. Reverse Elbow Lock

Posture & MudraSit in Easy Pose (Sukhasana) with a straight spine. Interlace your fingers, turning your hands so the palms face outward. Then extend your arms straight out in front of you at shoulder level.

Movement & Breath: Practice a very slow and deep breathing cycle. Inhale over 20 seconds, hold your breath for 20 seconds, and exhale over 20 seconds. Aim for one complete breath per minute.

Eyes/DrishtiFocus on the Tip of the Nose.

Duration: Continue for 3 minutes.
