Declare Yourself Divine

The mantra used in this meditation, RAM, RAM, HARAY RAM, RAM, RAM, HARAY, HARAY, is very old, embodies the naad, and holds a special frequency. The first RAM represents creativity in the universal magnetic field. The second RAM is creativity that protects the magnetic field. The third RAM gives peace at the time of death. RAM, RAM, HARAY, HARAY in the lower tone provides strength from the four elements of earth, water, fire, and air, to the fifth which is ether. The mantra has four sections, which elevate the consciousness and represent pritam bhagwati (the primal creative power), Brahma, Vishnu (the provider), and the God of Death, all supervised by the supreme God.

The divine lies dormant in each and every human being; this is often called the Kundalini energy. Through our sustained spiritual practice this power is ignited and builds.
