This two-part kriya, known as the Blue Gap Meditation, is designed to bridge the communication gap between generations and enhance your mental agility.

The term “Blue Gap” refers to a communication barrier we may face with high-vibrational, future generations. While this meditation cannot guarantee our ability to relate to future generations, it can cultivate mental agility, sensitivity, and open-mindedness so we may understand those who come after us.
