Long Ek Ong Kars

Explore the practice of chanting the Adi Shakti Mantra, also known as Long Chant or Morning Call. This practice offers a gateway to spiritual growth and a deeper connection with the Divine.

This mantra,EK ONG KAR SAT NAM SIRI WAHE GURU is called the Ashtang Mantra for the Aquarian Age and has an eight part vibration. It is said to describe the glory of the divine, and, if sung sweetly during the Amrit Vela, practitioners may experience union with God.

When you apply Neck Lock (Jalandhara Bandha), at the point where prana and apana meet, the Shushumna Nadi, this vibration can open the lock to the divine within you. This mantra also initiates the Kundalini, establishing the relationship between the soul and the Universal Soul. It balances all of the chakras.
