Path to Inner Fire

July 24, 1996

Ashtang Agni Kriya, meaning “eightfold fire kriya,” ignites a powerful internal fire to purify and empower you. Prepare to awaken your inner strength and burn away negativity with this dynamic practice.

The powerful mantra resonates with the eight divine qualities of the Infinite:

  • GOBINDAY: Sustainer
  • MUKUNDAY: Liberator
  • UDAARAY: Enlightener
  • APAARAY: Infinite
  • HARIANG: Destroyer
  • KARIANG: Creator
  • NIRNAAMAY: Nameless
  • AKAAMAY: Desireless

This mantra originated in the Ashtang Yog Shastr tradition. Through dedicated practice, it is said to cultivate such mastery that we become like a rodeo rider, expertly riding the bull and harnessing the calf, which symbolizes ability to navigate life’s challenges by aligning ourselves with the divine force within.
