Meditation for Increased Energy

This meditation can help you to be committed and develop your personal strength. It can rejuvenate your systemic coordination and your spirit. 

If you are tired but need to work on something, do this meditation and relax on your back for 2 minutes. Then take a few deep breaths, stretch your body, and you will be ready for action!
