Venus Lock Mudra is known for its powerful effects on harmonizing and balancing energy within the body. This mudra, created by interlacing the fingers with one thumb gently pressing on the fleshy mound of the other thumb, enhances vitality and promotes inner strength. It is particularly effective in channeling sexual energy and balancing the body’s creative forces. 

How to do Venus Lock:

• To work on the male polarity: 
  • Place the palms facing each other and interlace the fingers with the left little finger at the bottom. 
  • Put the left thumb tip just above the base of the thumb on the webbing between the thumb and index finger on the right hand. 
  • The right thumb presses the fleshy mound at the base of the left thumb. 
• To work on the female polarity: 
  • Place the palms facing each other and interlace the fingers with the right little finger at the bottom. 
  • Put the right thumb tip just above the base of the thumb on the webbing between the thumb and index finger on the left hand. 
  • The left thumb presses the fleshy mound at the base of the right thumb.
