Having a daily habit to connect is one of the greatest gifts that you can give yourself. Just like we have hygiene routines that help us keep our body clean (brushing your teeth, taking a shower etc.), it is essential to have a habit to sit down, connect deeply with yourself, and physically, mentally, energetically, and spiritually. Just that simple act every day can produce major changes in your life.
Starting a yoga/meditative practice at home is easier than you might think. All you need is a quiet space, a chair (or even the floor and a pillow), and you can begin right now.

Step 1: Setting a purpose and/or intention
The first step is to set a clear intention. Having clarity on your “why” is fundamental to help you establish a daily habit of stepping into this space. Some questions that you might ask yourself are:
