Gurudev Singh’s yogic journey began in 1977 under the guidance of Yogi Bhajan. Since then, his life has been defined by dedicated practice, teaching, and continuous learning. His studies go beyond yoga to include psychology, philosophy, history, Sikhism, and Buddhism. With a multidisciplinary, non-dogmatic approach, Gurudev encourages students to explore their own nature and potential, while honoring their unique paths. His courses blend ancient wisdom, scientific approaches, and practical tools to heal the body, calm the mind, promote prosperity, and elevate the spirit. Throughout his career, Gurudev has traveled the world, sharing the transformative power of yoga and meditation. He has led teacher training programs and lectured in Peru, Chile, Mexico, Paraguay, Bolivia, Ecuador, Argentina, Canada, and the United States. After decades of working with the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI), he now teaches under the Yoga Alliance system, holding a 500-hour accreditation. Born in Mexico City, Gurudev now lives in Querétaro, Mexico, with his wife of over 44 years. They are the proud parents of three wonderful adult children, who continue to inspire them.
