Shuni Mudra

Mudra of Patience

Effects of Shuni Mudra:

Practicing Shuni Mudra brings patience, discernment, and commitment. The middle finger, which is used in this mudra, is associated with the planet Saturn. Saturn represents the taskmaster, the law of karma, the acceptance of responsibility, and the courage to remain to do what needs to be done. This practice can bring this energy when you are facing life’s challenges and give you resilience and determination.

How to do Shuni Mudra:

  1. Touch the tip of the thumb with the tip of the middle finger.
  2. Rest your hands on your knees or thighs, with the palms facing upward. Ensure that your arms are relaxed and not strained.
