Our mental state creates our reality. If we make decisions from our micro-consciousness, we feed the bonfire of our human desires. But if we make decisions from our macro-consciousness, we gain mental strength and self sovereignty, which leads to an attitude of gratitude.

Sitting in Celibate Pose in this kriya, and generally, causes the mind to automatically return to its original state of innocence. You can then use this alertness and ability to calculate and evaluate yourself and your personality.

The first exercise shocks the parasympathetic and glandular systems, causing them to rebalance and heal you.
