The One Minute Breath is a profound pranayama technique for calming anxiety, worry, and fear. It fosters deep relaxation, sharpens intuition, and centers the mind. By slowing the breath and pausing between cycles, you engage in a practice that cultivates patience, balance, and inner peace.

To get ready for this very deep breathing, take 3 minutes to relax and allow your breath to deepen. Practice 3 minutes of Breath of Fire to increase your lung capacity, or if you are really tense, do 3 minutes of Ego Eradicator before beginning.
