Kriya for Vitality and Creativity

This sequence is designed to awaken your creative potential and enhance your overall well-being. Through a combination of dynamic postures, breathwork, and mudras, you’ll stimulate your energy flow, strengthen your core, and cultivate youthful vitality.

1. Wrist Twists

Posture & MudraSit in Easy Pose (Sukhasana). Bring your hands by the shoulders with the palms facing forward. Lock your pinky fingers down with the thumbs in Active Bhuddi Mudra, with the rest of the fingers straight up.

Movement & Breath: Twist your hands back and forth rapidly while vigorously pumping your navel with Breath of Fire.

Duration: Continue for 3 minutes.

Ending: 

  • Repeat this entire sequence two more times.
  • Take a deep breath. Hold the breath for 20 seconds while twisting the hands back and forth as you pull your navel in. Squeeze every muscle of the body.
  • Exhale powerfully through your mouth, with Cannon Fire.
