Two New Kriyas for Your Liberation and Flourishing
When we face haunting or repetitive thoughts, we can be tempted to ignore them or distract ourselves, hoping they’ll go away or just looking for a little break from the mental pressure. But this very avoidance can lead them to become further ingrained, creating deeper and deeper grooves in our minds, like tire tracks in mud that dry out and harden over time. When the tracks get hard as cement, you must drive in the ruts, because even if you try to avoid them, you will fall back into them eventually!

Resisting these recurrent thoughts actually makes them stronger or gives them more power over us, because it causes them to go underground or into the subconscious, and this creates an insecurity in our Self and personality. All haunting thoughts and repetitive behaviors are really just some part of our psyche, our selves, that is persistently crying out for our attention. It is a part that desperately needs to be seen, to be recognized, and to be understood and loved. When we are able to do that, with the help of the first kriya, Meditation to Remove Haunting Thoughts, we may find that the continual need evaporates, and the thought no longer shows up or bothers us!
After we’ve experienced this release of the repeated thoughts, we can reclaim our passion for life and begin to live in a more authentic, integrated way. When we call back the unclaimed portions of ourselves, we have less to protect, control, or avoid, and this enables us to be more fully present in our lives and aware of the love, joy, and beauty that is available to us in every here-now moment. Also, when we value ourselves and our own lives, this value automatically transfers to others. If I can recognize the preciousness of my own life, how could I not recognize the preciousness of another’s? This is the focus of the second set, Kriya to Value Life.
Luckily, we now have access to a pair of kriyas that are said to do just that, take us from being mired in thinking traps to the full joy of thriving!
Areté Research Update:
During our extensive research and work to prepare little-known kriyas for publication, we discovered that Meditation to Remove Haunting Thoughts is really Part 1 of a pair of kriyas, designed to be practiced with Kriya to Value Life as Part 2, for the full effects. We also realized that this connection had never been made public before, so we wanted to let you know.
On May 30th and 31st, 1990, two kriyas were taught over two days that, together, can provide an escape route from haunting thoughts and entry into fully living and loving life. The first kriya, Meditation to Remove Haunting Thoughts, works on the subconscious mind to release limiting and repetitive patterns held there. Then use the second set, Kriya to Value Life, to continue to clear the energetic residues of haunting thoughts in your mind and brain stem, so you can begin to respond to life through consciousness and innate intelligence, instead of being stuck in those old grooves. Together, these practices release us from the prison of repetitive thought patterns and open our ability to dwell in the joy, love, and beauty that is this and every present moment. Read more details about each specific kriya in the instructions.

These two kriyas are available to Premium Members, and we at Arete hope they will serve you and help you to thrive! Be sure to let us know about your experiences with them!

Meditation to Remove Haunting Thoughts – Part 1
When the subconscious mind gets clogged up, it produces a haunting thought, something that comes to us all the time, relentlessly, and eventually becomes so painful that we can’t handle it. If we can allow ourselves to fully perceive, receive, and process the haunting thought, instead of avoiding it, then it can be resolved and released.
Kriya to Value Life – Part 2
When haunting thoughts are cleared, we can respond to life from our consciousness and innate intelligence instead. This ability to respond to events from our consciousness leads to happiness, because our consciousness is a solid base from which we can operate.
