This meditation fosters inner balance and clear thinking, making it an ideal tool for managing stress and enhancing decision-making.

Traditional yoga recognizes the importance of a balanced flow of five elemental energies (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether) within the body. This balance is believed to contribute to resilience against stress, trauma, and illness.

Optimal decision-making is thought to occur when the left and right hemispheres of the brain are in sync. The left hemisphere analyzes, while the right one is more intuitive. This meditation aims to create a state of neutrality, promoting the efficient collaboration of both analytical and creative thought processes. Meditation also reduces mental chatter and achieves a state of calm, where intuition flourishes, and solutions to problems can arise effortlessly.
