Posture for Kundalini Yoga meditation "Meditation to Develop Your Caliber"

Build Caliber and Forge Inner Strength

October 16, 2000

When we disconnect from our own consciousness, our caliber (strength and responsiveness) depends on our emotions. And when emotions are overwhelmed by demands, they can destroy us. No one else has the power to destroy us, but we can destroy ourselves with our own emotionality.

To generate positive emotions and begin to wield the power of our minds, we must meditate. The mind cannot stand still, it has to take you somewhere. It can lead you to purity or to complaint, you choose.

Life is a test of caliber. Caliber gives us consciousness, consciousness gives us the ability to communicate, and communicating unwaveringly, with kindness and confidence, solves all our needs.

When our caliber captivates the capacity of infinity, at that moment our power is intact. Focus your mind on infinity so that its creativity becomes your infinity.
