Ele permite que voc\u00ea experimente o impacto profundo que a respira\u00e7\u00e3o consciente e poderosa pode ter no fluxo de energia do seu corpo e cultivar a paz interior. <\/p>\n\n<p>Este kriya ajuda a regular o t\u00f4nus muscular do diafragma. Quando o m\u00fasculo do diafragma \u00e9 flex\u00edvel e se contrai e relaxa livremente, ele suporta uma respira\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel e mais profunda que aumenta nosso n\u00edvel de energia. A sequ\u00eancia de postura e respira\u00e7\u00e3o estimula o chakra card\u00edaco.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s alguns minutos de pr\u00e1tica, voc\u00ea pode notar que sente dor na \u00e1rea do diafragma. Isso pode ser um sinal de que seu m\u00fasculo diafragma est\u00e1 fraco e sua respira\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 superficial. Este kriya ajuda o corpo a recuperar uma amplitude adequada de respira\u00e7\u00e3o.
