A intui\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um poder \u00fatil que pode trazer oportunidades, boa vontade e sucesso. O lobo frontal controla sua personalidade, e o hipot\u00e1lamo controla suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es aut\u00f4nomas; acredita-se que o desenvolvimento desses dois melhora sua vida.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Diz-se tamb\u00e9m que essa pr\u00e1tica \u00e9 muito \u00fatil no momento da morte, pois respirar pelas duas narinas ativa o Shushumna Nadi, ou canal central, que \u00e9 muito neutralizante. Coloque as duas m\u00e3os em Surya Mudra Ativo, mantendo os dedos restantes esticados. Mantenha os antebra\u00e7os paralelos ao ch\u00e3o, com as palmas voltadas para cima.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Movimento e respira\u00e7\u00e3o:  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inspire profunda e profundamente pelas duas narinas, com tanta for\u00e7a que elas quase se fechem. Ao mesmo tempo, levante os mudras em dire\u00e7\u00e3o ao rosto, como se os estivesse inspirando. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expire e retorne as m\u00e3os \u00e0 posi\u00e7\u00e3o inicial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Olhos\/Drishti:<\/strong> Abertos e olhando para frente, paralelos ao ch\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dura\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> Continue por 3-4
