Ela tamb\u00e9m limpa a mente subconsciente ao estimular a gl\u00e2ndula pituit\u00e1ria; o 6\u00ba chakra, ou Ajna, \u00e9 o centro da intui\u00e7\u00e3o e da proje\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p>\n\n<p>Este kriya atua como uma b\u00fassola, guiando voc\u00ea para o centro da calma em meio \u00e0 tempestade. Limpeza da Mente<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Postura e Mudra:<\/strong> Sente-se na Postura F\u00e1cil (Sukhasana) com a coluna reta. Estenda o bra\u00e7o direito para a frente, na altura dos ombros, com a palma da m\u00e3o voltada para baixo. Coloque as pontas dos dedos da m\u00e3o esquerda no centro da testa, em uma linha vertical entre a linha do cabelo e a raiz do nariz, com o dedo m\u00ednimo no Ponto do Terceiro Olho (Chakra Ajna). Estenda o polegar esquerdo para cima.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Movimento, Olhos\/Drishti e Respira\u00e7\u00e3o:  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feche os olhos e bombeie rapidamente o Ponto Umbigo para dentro e para fora. Crie um movimento de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o por todo o corpo com a for\u00e7a do umbigo. Voc\u00ea pode fazer isso com ou sem a Respira\u00e7\u00e3o do Fogo.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dura\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> Continue por 3 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Finaliza\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> Repita esta sequ\u00eancia mais duas vezes antes de relaxar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Respire fundo tr\u00eas vezes e limpe-se.
