Ao estimular a gl\u00e2ndula pituit\u00e1ria por meio de respira\u00e7\u00e3o precisa e foco, ele pode equilibrar o sistema hormonal e fortalecer a mente intuitiva. <\/p>\n\n<p>O exerc\u00edcio utiliza a <em>Respira\u00e7\u00e3o da Trindade<\/em> \u2014 uma inspira\u00e7\u00e3o em dois tempos e uma expira\u00e7\u00e3o em um \u00fanico tempo \u2014 que abre os pulm\u00f5es energeticamente e estimula a hip\u00f3fise, alinhando o praticante com sua intui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n<p>Essa pr\u00e1tica pode parecer dif\u00edcil no in\u00edcio, pois exige o uso completo do diafragma para abrir os pulm\u00f5es com for\u00e7a. No entanto, com consist\u00eancia, ela estimula a gl\u00e2ndula pituit\u00e1ria e fortalece a resili\u00eancia f\u00edsica e mental, permitindo o acesso \u00e0 intui\u00e7\u00e3o e a uma vitalidade inexplorada.
