Ambas as kriyas podem ajudar voc\u00ea a construir autossufici\u00eancia, para que voc\u00ea n\u00e3o precise procurar nada fora de si mesmo.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Esses kriyas criam um estado est\u00e1vel para come\u00e7ar um \u00f3timo dia, equilibrando os tattvas, ou os cinco elementos, dentro do seu corpo. Quando os tattvas est\u00e3o desequilibrados, podemos nos sentir infelizes, ansiosos por qualquer outra coisa, mal-humorados, desmotivados ou at\u00e9 mesmo ansiosos para come\u00e7ar uma briga.
