Esse processo se chama sequenciamento \u2014 a arte de organizar intencionalmente o fluxo de kriya, respira\u00e7\u00e3o e medita\u00e7\u00e3o para apoiar um objetivo ou estado energ\u00e9tico espec\u00edfico. Neste artigo, mostraremos todos os componentes essenciais do sequenciamento de uma aula completa de ioga e at\u00e9 mostraremos como um professor faz os c\u00e1lculos. Por exemplo, se voc\u00ea sabe ou sente que os alunos est\u00e3o lidando com muito estresse, escolha um dos kriyas dessa tradi\u00e7\u00e3o que ajudam a eliminar o estresse. Alguns professores gostam de ensinar em torno de um tema; por exemplo, uma s\u00e9rie de dez semanas com uma aula sobre cada um dos dez corpos. Nesse caso, o kriya de cada aula abordaria o corpo espec\u00edfico daquela semana. Alguns professores tamb\u00e9m escolhem o que ensinar de forma puramente intuitiva, sintonizando-se com as energias e\/ou perguntando a seus eus superiores o que \u00e9 apropriado para os alunos que O primeiro passo \u00e9 calcular a dura\u00e7\u00e3o da Kriya em sua forma original \u2014 sem modificar a dura\u00e7\u00e3o de nenhum dos exerc\u00edcios. Se a Kriya completa se encaixar no seu tempo de aula, \u00f3timo \u2014 voc\u00ea pode ensin\u00e1-la exatamente como est\u00e1 escrita. Caso contr\u00e1rio, voc\u00ea precisar\u00e1 ajustar a dura\u00e7\u00e3o de acordo.     <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como discutimos em artigos anteriores, os Kriyas s\u00e3o cuidadosamente estruturados para produzir efeitos energ\u00e9ticos espec\u00edficos. Para manter a integridade desse fluxo energ\u00e9tico, \u00e9 melhor manter as propor\u00e7\u00f5es o mais pr\u00f3ximo poss\u00edvel do original. Isso significa que, se voc\u00ea decidir reduzir o tempo total, dever\u00e1 reduzir cada exerc\u00edcio proporcionalmente. Por exemplo, se voc\u00ea reduzir o tempo do Kriya pela metade, a dura\u00e7\u00e3o de cada exerc\u00edcio tamb\u00e9m dever\u00e1 ser reduzida pela metade.   <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vamos aplicar isso ao nosso exemplo atual. Com isso em mente, tenho algumas op\u00e7\u00f5es: posso reduzir o tempo total de cada segmento em dois ter\u00e7os, escolher uma Kriya diferente que seja mais eficiente em termos de tempo, encurtar a medita\u00e7\u00e3o ou remover completamente o aquecimento.  <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como n\u00e3o quero que a aula pare\u00e7a apressada, decidi usar os tempos reduzidos em dois ter\u00e7os. Se o tempo de exerc\u00edcio for de um minuto ou menos, n\u00e3o o reduza ainda mais. <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Se o exerc\u00edcio for baseado em repeti\u00e7\u00f5es<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, n\u00e3o o reduza abaixo de<\/span> <b>26\u201327 repeti\u00e7\u00f5es<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Isso geralmente \u00e9 considerado o m\u00ednimo para que uma experi\u00eancia seja registrada energ\u00e9tica e fisicamente.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Se a contagem de repeti\u00e7\u00f5es j\u00e1 for menor que 26 ou um exerc\u00edcio j\u00e1 tiver 1 minuto<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, deixe como est\u00e1. Como o Kriya tem 11 exerc\u00edcios, adicionarei um adicional  <\/span><b>11 minutos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  para contabilizar o tempo de transi\u00e7\u00e3o e explica\u00e7\u00e3o. Esta \u00e9 uma das raz\u00f5es pelas quais abrimos espa\u00e7o sagrado e pedimos a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o e a prote\u00e7\u00e3o de nossos Eus Superiores quando ensinamos e praticamos; nossos Eus Superiores e poderes superiores podem cobrir quaisquer imprecis\u00f5es para que ainda possamos obter os benef\u00edcios.   <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O que voc\u00ea faz a respeito depende do tipo de erro e de quando voc\u00ea percebe que o cometeu. Por exemplo, se voc\u00ea esqueceu de mencionar o foco do olho, e isso est\u00e1 no in\u00edcio do exerc\u00edcio ou medita\u00e7\u00e3o, voc\u00ea pode simplesmente adicionar essa instru\u00e7\u00e3o dizendo algo como \u201cFocalize seus olhos na ponta do nariz\u201d.
