To Experience Infinity
March 27, 1979
The mudra in this pranayama is called Yoni Mudra, which represents the female reproductive organs; this is the cave or creative source of all organic and inorganic growth. This practice can give you an experience of and strengthen your connection to this infinite source.
Eleven minutes of practice can revitalize the entire glandular system and deeply relax you. It can make you very spacey too, so only practice this kriya when you have time to relax and ground afterward, ideally right before bedtime.

Posture & Mudra:
Sit in Easy Pose (Sukhasana) with a straight spine. Bring the tips of the thumbs and pinky fingers together with the rest of the fingers straight and open. Hold this mudra comfortably in front of the solar plexus, so that the opening points forward.
Breath:
Pucker your lips and inhale deeply through the mouth. Exhale forcefully through your nose, using the Navel Center (Manipura Chakra) to push all of the air out.
Eyes/Drishti:
Focus your eyes on the Tip of the Nose (Lotus Point).
Duration:
Continue for 11 minutes.
Ending:
Inhale deeply, suspend your breath briefly, and relax.
