Three Part Venus Kriya

Posture & Mudra:
Sit in Rock Pose (Vajrasana) with your knees touching your partner’s and your hands on your thighs.
Movement, Breath & Mindful Attention:
- Radiate love and see yourself in your partner’s eyes for 1 minute.
- Stand up facing your partner and hold hands. Look into each other’s eyes and project divine love for 1 minute.
- Exhale as you squat down into Crow Pose (Malasana) together, holding hands with eyes still locked, and hold your breath out briefly. Inhale up, holding hands with eyes still locked, and hold your breath in briefly. Repeat this sequence 5 times.
- Return to the starting position, sitting on your heels in Rock Pose (Vajrasana). Inhale and hold your breath in briefly; exhale and hold your breath out briefly. Repeat this sequence 5 times.
Eyes/Drishti:
Stare into your partner’s eyes without blinking.
Duration:
Continue for 2 minutes and 10 repetitions.
Ending:
Relax.
