Rock Pose Venus Kriya

Posture & Mudra:
Sit in Rock Pose (Vajrasana) facing your partner without touching. Place your hands on your thighs.
Movement & Breath:
- Breathe normally and hold Root Lock (Mulabandha) continuously for 1 ½ minutes.
- Breathe Breath of Fire for 1 ½ minutes.
Eyes/Drishti:
Gaze into your partner’s eyes without blinking.
Mindful Attention:
Project divine love and light to your partner.
Duration:
Continue for 3 minutes.
Ending:
- Inhale deeply, hold your breath in, and apply Neck Lock (Jalandhara Bandha) and Root Lock (Mulabandha). Exhale completely, hold your breath out, and apply the Great Lock (Mahabandha).
- Repeat this sequence two more times, then relax.
