This meditation builds intuition and aligns you with the strength of excellence by wiping out self-imposed limitations. Through the rhythm of the mantra HAR and the specific mudra, the practice develops clarity, willpower, and focus. It helps you move beyond subconscious guilt, attachments, and doubts to embody grace, kindness, and a deep connection to the Divine within.
Consistent practice creates a rhythmic balance in life, allowing you to overcome inertia and fully engage with your destiny. It promotes the discipline needed to align with dharma and live with confidence, compassion, and purpose.

Posture & Mudra:
Sit in Easy Pose (Sukhasana) with a straight spine.
- Place the mudras by the shoulders with the elbows bent and relaxed down.
- Cross the first two fingers with the middle fingers behind the index fingers.
- Curl the remaining fingers down and hold them with the thumbs.
Eyes/Drishti:
Closed.
Mantra:
Chant “HAR” from the navel once per second.

Mindful Attention:
Feel excellent. Practice with constancy and consistency.
Duration:
Continue for 11 minutes.
Ending:
- Inhale deeply, suspend the breath, and feel the energy multiplying within you.
- Exhale completely.
- Repeat this sequence one more time.
- Inhale deeply, suspend the breath, and pull the navel in with all your strength.
- Exhale and relax.
